HB Not starting, all of a sudden

yes, Norton *yeah I know* However nothing changed today.
I'll try it without

ok.. something changed with the "SMART Firewall" I'll keep poking at it

Yeah, something to do with Smart Firewall on Norton. Same issue I'm having, once Smart Firewall is turned off HB works fine.
