HB Not responding after start up / log in

Hi, TropicNz, and thanks for the log.

This is issue HB-1944 on the '.766 Known Bugs List. The staff are investigating the issue, but no ETA.

Thanks for getting back to the Users, as this is a known issue, would this bug get priority fix?
 
i would hope so. you can also try logging into your buddystore account, clicking on "My Purchases" and disable streaming for all products to see if that helps. if not then you need to wait for a new build.
 
I've only got 1 purchase and if i disable it the bot loads and works perfectly for me but i want to run that purchase on the bot when it's enabled it won't work
 
thats what the issue is, and what they are working on.
 
Is there anyway we can use it while this issue is ongoing? I can't handle questing i'm going insane here...
 
yes, disable streaming for all products and you can use the bot.
 
I mean with a profile? i was hoping to level my toons, Hoping to use kicks
 
try enabling JUST the profile pack and see if it will load. if not i believe theres still an SVN link in kicks thread, where the profiles can be downloaded directly.
