HB Not Respecting Quest Overrides

I'm either really bad at this, or really unlucky. Nothing I do will get HB to recognize and utilize a given override. I've included the profile I'm making. The problem I'm having is with quest STOLEN SILVER, Objective: Sunscale Ravagers. MobID=44164. It runs waaaay north and then comes back. Honorbuddy settings are all turned off. I.E. Train, learn flightpaths, and use flight paths, and I'm standing in between the hotspots I've deisgnated, but it insists on running away.

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

EDIT: Figured out the problem. Was a cut and paste issue from previous quest. If you look at the first Hotspot under The Stolen Silver quest override, youll notice it's 1000 yards away from everything else. Duh. I'm dumb.

Do you have experimental path following enabled? This could be the cause
 
I'll see if I can try the quest later but why is this one hotspot nearly 1,000 off the rest on the Y coordinate? Only thing I see from a quick look that could be the issue. Maybe it should be -3258.375 to be closer to the rest?

Yeah I just caught that as you were posting it. lol...fail on my end.
