HB not loading

My HB is not loading anymore.
I dont know how to fix the problem so anyone please help

get honorbuddy OUT of your documents folder. move the honorbuddy folder somewhere else.

remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

I still have the problem i guess i followed all your steps.

I'm running wow 32bit en i'm using direct9

delete your %USERPROFILE%/AppData/Local/Bossland/Buddy Store/cache.bin file

delete everything inside that Bossland Folder.

Download the latest version of honorbuddy.
http://updates.buddyauth.com/GetNewest?filter=Honorbuddy
Then do a clean install into a new folder. Do not reinstall over a previous installation or move items from the old installation into the new one.

also disable your anti-virus temporally, and see if that helps.

if you still have problems after this, then i need a new log.

log into your buddyauth account and if streaming is enabled for ANY product, disable it. then try honorbuddy again.
