My error message when I try to start HB. How can I fix this?

looks like that another Hb process is already attached on your wow client

or you are not logged in wow before running Hb

well I was running HB without any problems, then I got a window saying it had crashed. So I restarted HB and got this error message. Let me check Taskmanage for a ghost HB process.
