HB not attacking

I loaded a profile for 1-60 human and HB won't attack.. it gets the first human quest then goes and finds the wolves but doesn't attack them. it just follows them around.

same issue, but under Mulgore for Tauren..

Nothing much in log, just basically 1st hit on mob, then runs around..

Nothing much in questing profile, as its basically a quest objective of killing mobs
