HB - Not asking for key, gives a grey window - Already updated VCREDIST

I have already done what was suggested in the sticky post:

My HB window is still grey, doesn't ask for key.
I have cleared the cache as well.

Hi Tony,
Makes sense why it didn't work. I installed the x64 version as my Windows is 64 Bit, not thinking about the bot which is running in 32-Bit
Installed the x86 version, problem solved.
