HB Mount list and handling

Creeping Carpet is a land only mount, but is listed with flying mounts - ID 115363
Low level characters aren't using Chauffeured Chopper ID 122703 even when it's selected from the list of mounts.

Tony, there isn't a log to show that the Creeping Carpet mount is in the flying mount list, nor is there one to show that a level 1 character won't use a mount. As far as I can tell, QB/Kick's leveling profiles are working as intended--which is to say, level 1 characters didn't have access to mounts until Blizz added the Heirloom mount in 6.1.

Er.. Creeping carpet, which is a ground mount, is still erroneously listed in the flying mount list, unless that's fixed next update.

Same with sub-level 20 characters who haven't learned Apprentice Riding not using Chauffeured Chopper when it's available and selected from the ground mount list. >_<

I understand there are more important issues to resolve. Maybe tack this on some board or list to be gotten to at some point.
