HB launcher popin error

Hello,

i have reinstalled my windows 8.1(its 64 bit) and launcher doesnt want to start, it says:

This program cannot be lauched since there is no MSVCP110.dll. Try to reinstall program to solve the problem.

Did it like 10 times still nothin, any thoughts?

remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable



restart your pc,
download the installationwizard http://updates.buddyauth.com/BuddyWizard.zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart
