HB launcher instantly crashing

Hello,
i would really like to use honorbuddy once again after break from WoW and i keep having this issue that i cant solve. Honorbuddy launcher.exe crashes instantly when i use it and the info that windows gives is following (some of it is in finnish sorry for that):

when i try to start honorbuddy manually it starts, but it wont do anything else and gives error message when i close it.
Hope you can give me some advise. i have just reinstalled hb so i dont even have any log files in hb folder
 
even if i start wow and then hb straight it wont work, nothing happens, not asking key or starting to link with wow. just blank hb. i have updated netframe etc what i have read from other posts with problems but nothing happens
 
Are you starting HB as an administrative user?
 
im not using wow launcher, launching straight up it from wow.exe image, and its 32bit
 
remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard from here
run it as administrator.
after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

done all this, same issue
 
just checked, wizard did not install c++ so do i install these myself or?
 
Hb opens up but it wont attach with wow anyway and its just idle and so on. only thing i can click is the "x" to close it
 
check and see if theres a log to upload, if your running honorbuddy.exe and its crashing out, then upload a screenshot of the error.
 
honorbuddy.exe does not crash anymore but it just does nothing, it did give error message before i reinstalled .net and c++
and there is still no log and settings folder is also empty
