restart your pc,
install https://www.thebuddyforum.com/BuddyWizard.exe

Game is in windowed mode, Hearhstone client repaired and fresh HB installation with no succes, i've never had problems with HB, ive used it a month ago without problems. i also uninstalled a few proggams listed that may cause this issue with no succes.

insiders OS build idk about that.
