Can I get some help? I am using the newest version as well.
 
gonna need some details...race,class,profile name ,area your in, small snip-it of your log file,and thats just for starters.

So first ...try a PC restart
 
When you look at HB. At the bottom, does it say, "Downloading Mesh"?
