HB isn't working

Hello, I tried logging into the new HB today after downloading it, but was unable to do so, using my username and password provided to me. When i tried it on test mode i was able to log in and it worked fine. I have tried everything i saw through the forums, but those didn't help.

as for a log, as I know everyone will ask for all it says is that

invalid account details
Authentication failed!

The log says nothing different from that so it wont help posting the actual log file.

Yeah, I did both of those like three times, also reset my computer, made sure everything was up to date, reset WOW, re downloaded HB, and just for more information, i am from USA, and if i remember correctly this HB was released for USA, so i think I should be fine there

Suggest u go to Log On - Buddy Auth Portal as Kick said, if that don't work we will just have to see..

awesome that worked you guys <3 thank you so much ^^ it turns out someone reset my password without me noticing, so when i reset it again, it made everything work
