HB is not working at all, I Need Help

Hi

I got a problem that's showing when I lunch honorbuddy, it say's " the program can't start because MSVCP110.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."
so any idea about this issue ?!

Install this

and then run the wizard
