HB is not starting / tmp errors

Hi,

after instaling several new dll's HB ist still not starting. I'm getting this error code

tmp3043.tmp.exe (the number is changing). I switched of Kaspersly but it doesn't help

I have no HB Folder. I only have a Bots Folder. I searched for log files but I can't find any

any ideas?

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

This matches not my installed programms. I have:
Microsoft visual C++2013 Redistributable (x86)12.0.30501
Microsoft.NET Framework 4.5.1
Microsoft.NET Framework 4.5.1 (german)

what should i remove?

Go to Programs and Features, in your windows Control panel.
Look for:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft .net framework 4.5.x
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


and Uninstall them if they are installed.
Restart your PC.

Download Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.1 (Web Installer) for Windows Vista SP2, Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8, Windows Server 2008 SP2 Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 and Windows Server 2012 from Official Microsoft Download Center


run both as administrator.
after the both installs are completed, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
Then do one last restart.
