HB Instantly Crashes!

Ok, I have tried HBQuestOrder 1.9.5.5 & 1.9.5.4 and as soon as I click "Allow" for Honor Buddy to run on my computer it instantly cashes.
I get this error

Now I have searched the forums couldn't find anything with an Instant crash such as mine.
and yes I did add Styx.xml in the main directory of HonorBuddy.
I have .Net Framework 4, still doesn't work. I am running Windows Vista 64-Bit.

Also this is what happens if I click on "Ignore"


Can I please get some assistance on this?

can you downgrade to net 3.5sp1 plz?
