HB in need of a Chat plugin

I know I ones saw a chat plugin for HB but it didnt work all that well. It wrote replays why to fast and sometimes crashed the hb application.
I think this is somthing we really need, there was one plugin for OB that worked really well imo (when I used it).

Has anyone tried or had inmind of makeing something like this?
