Fixed the problem. So you can ignore/lock this.
I recently downloaded a SNES emulator to play a few games. And it appears that my computer was trying to run all .bin files using the emulator. Honorbuddy has some .bin files, which naturally caused some problems. I changed it so there is no default program for .bin and the problem was fixed.
