[HB] Grindbot doesnt Skin mobs or skip them

Hey Guys.
Today i noticed something really strange. I created my own liddle grind profile for skinning mobs.
The profile seems to run smooth but my bot is skipping skinning Mobs.
I mean hes killing the enemys and looting as well but after hes looting them the bot is moving to the next mob is killing/looting him and run stright away. Sometimes he is moving back to an Mob and skinning him sometimes he just run to the next mob.
So my Bot isnt skinning 2/3 of the Mobs hes killing and thats not profitble
Looting/skinning mobs is activated as well as Ninja looting

Got a new updated clean Version of HB and still hes skipping so many mobs for skinning.
Here a new Log from the clean version
want the profile as well ?

its not set to skin.
click "Settings and Tools" and enable skinning.

LOL WHAT??? it seems like an visuel bug of my HB cause i can see the the window of skinmobs and ninja skin as marked and i saved it pretty lol
And also he is skinning the Mobs just not everyone so thats pretty strange if its not marked lol

Nope got again a clean version of HB and setted up everything. Skinning and Ninja Skin is marked and saved and still hes skipping the Mobs no clue whats wrong. Will post again a Log. Maybe its a mistake of the profile? its a simple grindprofile with 5 Hotspots

The thing is: The Log is saying SkinMobs and NinjaSkin isnt marked but at my HB Set Ups its marked and he is skinning Mobs but not everyone like he should -.-
Theres a way to edit the Config files manual not via HB GUI?? cause its seems like my HB is really bugged.

My Charackter settings just a short cut from it:
<LootMobs>True</LootMobs>
<SkinMobs>True</SkinMobs>
<NinjaSkin>True</NinjaSkin>
