HB gets stuck at the initialization

i downloaded a new update for HB this morning, and it will no longer run.
it loads wow, lets me log in, then posts this

down the bottom left it says its current action is loading spells

after another 30 ish seconds, if fails to respond and exits, but leaves wow open.

I am running 32 and have done everything correctly.
I have tried fresh install. Restart of router. Restart of computer. Running as admin. i dont know what else to do.
