Yes. I'm sure. I'm connected to hte internet trough 2 different providers. So? ;)
 
I went through the process and waited several hours and still no improvement. I purchased the bot 24 hours ago, and I am unable to use it (yes, I know the Auth is down currently). What can I do to get my status changed?

I'm not an irritated customer, or yelling, I know these things happen. Just wanting it fixed :)

there are some problems with auth server atm thats why you have this delay :(
 
i have a GB LifeTime. my hb now said "Not paid" but when i try the https://auth.gatherbuddy.de and https://hbauth.gatherbuddy.de/ , I can log in GB but can not log in HB

*edit* i can log in GB auth page and select the profiles etc etc, but the HB auth page said "Not Paid"

i dont know if this because i have a pending order in my account. Please remove Invoice Number 28164 if this causing the trouble because Invoice Number 28164 is a mistake. I dont know how to cancel or remove my wrong order by myself.

It's been almost a week since my purchase of HB Lifetime, no complaints about the bot however I'm still not considered a "member" on the forums. Unable to change user settings etc.can this be updated? Thanks.
