HB & GB Problems Here ( Connection & Payment )

i keep getting, "reached session max" messages for HB, i can log onto GB, i'm not sure what the problem is, i hope you guys can fix it
 
You have to send Bossland a PM saying you wish to upgrade, and include your paypal then, he will update your shop.buddy site and then you have to click " all invoice " and look for one.
click it and it should say "upgrade blah blah blah 35 eru"
 
I bought Lifetime yesterday and my account says paid in full, but it keeps saying

"Authenticating
Attempting Authorization
attemptAuth: FAILED!"

Is this just because it hasn't been upgraded yet? Thanks so much!

is my IP address and i'm getting the authentication failed on both the bot login and the website to check login. Thx for the help!

I don't know what else to do, my account is upgraded I turned off all firewalls, virus protection and uac. Changed passwords, restarted etc, and it still doesn't want to authenticate. I can connect to the website to upload profiles easily but when I try to launch it won't work, even if I try the test account. Anything else I might have overlooked?
 
create a new windows admin acc and try again

something is still blocking Gb
 
Don't know what else it could be then, Verizon is my isp if that matters.

I've paid for 1x HB and 1x GB via Paypal, Transaction ID: Sent to Bossland & Hawker via PM
My IP Address Is: Sent to Bossland & Hawker via PM

Buddy shop says Approved & all Paid.

Tried https://auth.gatherbuddy.de ( for GB ) or https://hbauth.gatherbuddy.de ( for HB )
I get "SESSION LIMIT" on both.

Could you please fix this so i can start using HB and GB?

P.S I will be upgrading to GB Lifetime soon, I just don't have enough money yet hense I purchased 1x of each for now. Once I get paid again i will buy GB Lifetime so that I get all 3 sessions, should be able to upgrade within max 2 weeks :)
