HB and my wow client freeze up after about 3-5 minutes every time i use HB. After a while it unfreezes but by then wow has shut down and when i restart everything i get the same problem.

Tried reinstalling fresh multiple times in multiple locations (C\games, documents, ...), tried disabling/enabling store content, tried disabling/enabling addons, tried multiple characters for botting, tried busy/quiet locations for botting, ...

Nothing helped so far, hoping you can help me out. View attachment 6128 2015-11-16 23.19.txt

Attached the log of my last attempt.

Tried updating nvidia drivers first, as i had deleted Nvidia Experience a while ago because of the unending updates. DId put it off as i ran the test because it was in the intefering progs list. Also made sure bartender4 was disabled because it's also in this list. Didn't help though, getting the exact same freeze after about 5 minutes. Playing wow normally gives me no issues whatsoever. I'm pretty sure it's not my antivirus, since i've never had any problems with it before and it's only been happening recently.

Hi again, Exaltus, and sorry you haven't found it yet.

As the cited article states, Antivirus are updated frequently. So, it may work one day, the Antivirus updates, and it no longer works. So, the Antivirus cannot be ruled out.

It is most definitely an interfering program, you'll just have to find it. Be aware that the list of interfering programs is only the ones we currently know. You may have installed somthing else that causes problems that we've yet to confirm is an issue.

Please go through the articles again. To correct this problem, you'll have to find the culprit.

cheers,

I tried with the virus disabled, and after that uninstalled, no luck. But i noticed that even if i don't actually start a profile, but just leave HB idle, it freezes just the same. I'll leave you a log of that test. I also read in another thread with a similar problem that it might be because of windows 10? I updated to windows 10 a few months ago, i don't know if that's important in this case.

use dx11 instead and let me know if that makes any difference plz

same problem, since 3-4 days, my wow freeze every 15-20s when i start HB in ashran, when i pause or stop the bot my wow stop freezing, so it's due to HB.
Hi, Azerus,

This Support thread belongs to Exaltus. Please open your own Support thread, and attach a full log that captures the issue.

Tried it again with dx11 (which was already on when i first had the problem) and same shit. Works for about 5 minutes and then freezes up, ending with a DC on WoW.

I also uninstalled my antivirus (Panda free version), using windows defender now. Also ran tests with no antivirus on, no change.

Anything else you could advise me to do? (sorry for the late response btw, didn't have the time)

the provided log file does not match with the description

lets switch back to dx9 and let me know plz

Look, it's not a network problem, none of the other logs show this. These lines or at least some of them do seem to come back every time:

reproduce the problem and give us a fresh log file showing it plz

Hi again, Exaltus,

Tony is not wrong. The log you attached clearly shows network connectivity issues. You probably attached the wrong log for the problem you are trying to chase.

All logs have give the same problem, the one i put in my previous post View attachment 193195

This log is NOT the same failure mode as the previous. This log clearly shows a program on your machine is interfering with Honorbuddy operation. These articles should help you get started chasing it down (please read them carefully):

Went over all of it again. It can't be the antivirus since i don't have one anymore, and i don't have any of the other programs. Still having the same problem when i ran it again.

Edit: Are you sure it can't be Windows 10? How are you certain it's an interfering program?

Hi again, Exaltus, and sorry you're still having problems.

The problem can indeed be Windows 10. We hesitate to pursue that route, because it requires a full 'clean install' (NOT an 'upgrade install') of Windows 10. This has been reported a number of times, and here are a couple of examples:
We haven't recommended this, because your failure mode is not one of these Windows 10 'upgrade' failure modes we've seen in the past.

However, if you're willing to give it a shot, please be certain to do a CLEAN install of Windows 10, NOT an UPGRADE install. We understand what a PITA this is.

we are using Win10 machines here as well

your Win10 installation was a fresh one or an update from an older OS?
