HB freezes when I press start in quest bot

I press load a profile, (ive tried from store and off my computer) I hit start, it acts like its starting up then nothing happens, and if I press stop after the stop button doesn't change to start it stays as stop, then after that I need to close honorbuddy in task manager.

you have to let it load the nav files it needs

I'm not sure what that means, but whenever i load a profile it just says "Loading Profile..." forever after the latest update

it's been 10 minutes, still stuck on Loading Profile
