HB freezes client but still working

Hey since the update my HB is freezing the client to where i cant click to change settings/profiles/botbase anything. Ill attach a log but not sure if it will show you anything about that.

The log shows a lot of places to look.

First up, let's try switching the game client from DX11 to DX9, and restart the game client.

If no joy, let's disable the streaming of ALL products from the Buddy store:

If that makes the problem go away, its now a problem of narrowing down which product, and reporting it to the appropriate developer.

If all your streaming products are disabled, and the problem still manifests, its time to look for interfering programs and removing them from your system.
