Hb freeze on login, really slow, not working

ok so after getting pissed off with how slow HB has been lately i started closing programs and running HB after each one. And the only program that made a difference to me was
EVGA Precision X. Once that was closed and HB started it ran normal. Ran fine after i re opened precision X while HB was already running. Just a heads up for you incase you want to try something like that.

thank you i guess , sadly im not using evga cause i dont like their products, but ill try that, thing is i rarly evne have programs open, but a game
