HB Error - Sending Message

Heya, so i tried to start the bot Recently and i noticed it was a new update, so i tried to update it but it couldn't do it, instead i should do it manually, now i don't know where to do it manually. So i gave it another chance, but now all that happends when i start up HB is that it's closing down and sending an Error Msg.

So could anyone of you help me ?: )

redownload Hb and make a new installation from scratch
