HB Equiping Armor?

Here lately and even in the past I have found myself waking up from my HB running all night just to find that my char has traded all my +10% to exp items traded out for greys. That isn't the annoying part other than the fact I lost 20% exp from grinding. The bad part is he will take a good pair of pants or wrist and trade out with grey's and then sell them never to be found again. I have nothing set to auto equip etc..

My Question is this: Is there something I can set or do that can keep him from selling off my good armor and equiping this stupid grey crap he pickes up along the way??
 
Do you have lootfilter or a similar addon?
 
The loot tab on HB is unchecked I have done nothing with it. I also have a fresh copy of HB and I haven't downloaded any addons other than a couple profiles to run with.
 
This has happened to me with my gloves and bracers, it also vendored them
 
This has been happening to me as well. I watched it walk up to a vendor in Conquest Hold to repair, and as soon as it opened the window with the vendor the character equipped 3 gray items.

Do you have LootFilter addon? Is your auto equip setup correctly?
 
Same issue on a clean WoW install with no addons.

HB is set to grind mode and profile settings are proper. I even have Autoequip completely disabled but still it continues equipping grey items.
Another thing I noticed is that weight sets for a Ret Paladin must be screwed up somewhere down the line and it sacrifices DPS stats for things like Int...

Log is fairly big so had to upload elsewhere, as you scroll through you will come across mailing blocks which from what I can tell is trying to mail absolutely everything including equipped items.
