If you had read about the HB status on the forums that HB would be down for a few hours today, you'd know that now is probably not the best time to buy a 1 day key.
Send a mail to [email protected] and explain your problem! I'm sure they'll sort something out for you.

they key gets activated on first use not on purchase anyways
