HB does not start

Good day!
My HB installation does not start on Windows 10 x64 latest build, not dev/testing branch. Here are all the log entries I have in a text file within Honorbuddy/Logs folder:

Hi, A1dlez,

First, let's reboot your machine.

Then, let's try switching the WoWclient from DX11 to DX9 mode, and restart the WoWclient. More info here:

If no joy, please attach the full log using DX9 mode.

Thanks for quick reply!
Switched to DX9 and it did not help at all. Here are 2 log files: one with DX11, another with DX9. Will provide any additional information if required.

No, none of them. Here is the list of all software with versions. Also latest DX version installed with dxwebsetup from microsoft web-site. WoW running without any AddOns, clean installation. All HB files added to Microsoft Windows Defender exclusion list, I'm not using other third-party av software, also it's default Windows firewall and DEP disabled.

could be what is causing problems for me.
