it is not a clean install if there is another combat routine installed. Example in your log you are using tuanha's routine....hence not clean install.
 
1) I never stated botoperator didn't know to look into a log it is another support guy who replied to another thread but well it seems you just read my thread and not other peoples ones who need help which only lead me to the idea you are here just to make some waves.
2) I might be wrong but if I delete Hb and all routines install hb again and after routines its not clean install? or we can use only singular since last update ?
 
and if you all want to go further all I wanted to state is that problems may appear BUT : its FAIR to accept them not hear 3 different things from 3 support guys that don't look very professional neither competent if you ask me
OS its not the problem as not only win 8 have problem win 7 have also as some1 said maybe its win8 . its a HB issue so better say to people we are working on it ETA 1 hour 2 days etc
 
@Grutanu : all routines crush tuanha and millz premium versions so its not only one caracter
 
Match, I want to help you, along with all these other people. If it is an HB issue, then they will work on it, especially since it is a TEST release. I would recommend for you to uninstall honorbuddy, delete the honor buddy folder from your documents folder or where ever you have it. And do a fresh install. Do not instal the monk routine and just run it, as a fresh install. This will help us rule out if there are any issues with just the program or the addons you added. After you have it running with the new singular please post your log again. Thank you. :)

A clean install is referring to installing Honorbuddy with nothing else. Do not copy over any profiles, plugins, bot bases, or combat routines. Just use ONLY what comes in the Honorbuddy .zip file that you download from the website. You can save your profiles, plugins, routines, and bot bases in a DIFFERENT folder for later use, but DO NOT copy them over to the new install. Use Singular as your combat routine since it is shipped with Honorbuddy by default. Use ONLY the bot bases that come with Honorbuddy, along with ONLY the plugins as well. There are no profiles that ship with Honorbuddy except for possibly Dungeonbuddy and BGBuddy profiles. When you do this CLEAN install, make sure you delete ALL OTHER Honorbuddy folders and files (while keeping your files you want to save separate from the clean install), and then install into a brand new folder. If this does not work, immediately post the log file you get from the crash.
 
with singular didn't crush till now I try later with other CR to see if its working
 
I just tried the newest routine for Taunha and it appears to have crashed mine too. Hopefully he will have the update for it shortly. The millz demonic does work.
 
hmm first time I crushed was with demonic that was the time I noticed hb crushes. what botbase you use ?
 
it's not the routine. i've win 7 and with clean install (singular cc) it still crashes.

I'm running Windows 7 (fully updated via Auto Updates), .NET Framework 4.5.1 (via the link the devs provided back in version 732), I'm using Honorbuddy version 734 (Test Release) using Quest Bot with Cava's Plugin and profiles. I'm using Demonic Premium as my routine. I've been running HB for the past eight hours, off and on, without any crashing issues, or any other issues at all. It's been running flawlessly. I've switched between Singular and Demonic Premium just to see which offers quicker kills, and it's always been Demonic that seems to offer quicker kills and better survival. However, Singular does use Soulstone, while Demonic does not.
 
Since no one is giving a log with a clean install, here is mine

This should be clean (only profiles were added) enough for what you guys need, let me know if you need another.

crushing with beta. millz demonic I tried with it as singular didn't crush but that's pretty useless to me .
 
If it is not crashing with Singular, or only crashing with your specific combat routine, then you should direct those support inquiries to the developers of those routines.
 
which combat routines are working on some other users HB if you read all the post addressing this issue... so it may be not the CR.
