and won't, just closes out when trying to even just outright open. I am not sure what changes were made, but, this just started 2 days ago, and has been an ongoing issue.

I have to leave it open and trying to do the max sessions, or it won't ever attach to WoW. I have the few log files from the attempts this morning, posting them below.

As you can see, it kills in the same spot. I just had to sit through 6 iterations of trying to login to HB, and getting max sessions, and now HB crashed again, which should be the third log I believe.

I have completely removed HB already, made sure I was on DX9, and I have installed it using administrator rights. Only thing I did not do was stop streaming from the store, as what I am running requires that access. I am also missing some of the programs from the store, they just don't appear in the list when I try to load it, when HB does finally allow me back in. Very annoying to say the least!

I have seen MULTIPLE posts from others that appear to be having this same issue. I hope someone is looking into this to fix it. I have now spent over 20 minutes trying to get HB to actually load and stay loaded. It randomly crashes and just disappears from the screen. I reopen it, and usually have to go through the max sessions part again, like HB has locked up and doesn't know what it is doing while trying to query the server.

If it doesn't crash, both WoW and HB crash, or I am forced out of WoW when HB crashes. When it does work, it also seems to be freezing interaction between HB and WoW sometimes, freezes right up, and in some circumstances, disconnects just WoW. Hope this helps.

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable

restart your pc,
download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

I was asking about how to uninstall them, not for help for my specific problem
