HB crashes when trying to login

HB crashes when trying to login but only when im logged into a character

Hey,

so my HB is crashing when I try log in. It hangs for about 1minute then comes up saying honorbuddy has encounter a problem. this only happens when im logged into a character, if im not it will start up fine but wont do anything if i login to a char on wow.

is there any fix to this?

clear your settings folder and if you still have problems try dx9
