HB Crashes imidiately after start

Hi,

HB worked until yesterday like a charm.
This morning it crashed after selecting the Region.
HB-Logfile is attached, but more or less empty:

[09:00:35.008 N] Honorbuddy v2.5.14505.803 started.

Sometimes HB logs all 3 lines, sometimes only the first 2 and sometimes only the first.

What I have done:
- I uninstalled all C++ redistributables which were installed ihn October and ran BuddyWizard.
- A clean install does not work either

What can I do else to get my beloved HB running again?

Ok, I "solved" it...
I forgot to reboot after uninstalling the C++ redistributables again :/
After uninstalling -> reboot -> Install (using BuddyWizard) HB works again.

Why can this problem occur? There were no installations / updates on my machine for 4 days and yesterday it worked.
