HB crashes at launch (build 507)

Running W7 home premium x64

styx.helper.UIsettings (error)

Running WoW in 32-bit mode, Dx9, and admin mode
Running HB in admin. (same issue running non-admin)

Keep getting the same error every time. i have deleted the setting folder, deleted and got a fresh copy of HB (build 507), have even went as far as re installing WoW.

This probably won't help but.
i always try to check to make sure i have the latest Direct X version.
and then i click star and type dxdiag. and make sure that it loads the right direct x version.

clear your settings folder and try again
