HB Crashed after temping to connect "Maybe anti virus problem"

I purchased a new MSI gaming PC, It came with Norton but i removed that crap software, all i run is windows defender now. For 2-3 days HB did just fine but 2 days ago HB will just pretty much show up saying trying to connect then window goes away. I went to windows defender and turned it off and even made ex's to the files i was trying to run. I have another computer with windows 10 on it and i am able to run HB just fine, it also has windows defender, Not really sure wtf iis going on.

There is no log files, It doesn't load enough to make one i guess.

As to your problem,
please switch the WoWclient from DX11 to DX9, and restart the WoWclient. More info here:
