any firewall/antivirus enabled?

are you on a wireless network?

yes one of my pc is on wireless the other one with the same problem is connected by ethernet
i don't think antivirus or firewall is the key of the problem because, the problem shows up just now after couple months of botting (i've changed nothing)
is it possibile that a overused internet connection can show this problem?

even a lag spike or low bandwidth can cause this,yeah
