HB Crash Pse help!!!

Hey guys,
while running HB it kept crashing with the error;

Could not find file 'C:\Users\Aaron\Desktop\Honorbuddy_2.0.0.4354\Quest Behaviors\UseTaxi.cs'.

I have looked everywhere on the internet to find this .cs file with no luck.
can someone please help
