I had razer synaps running and I shut it off. Still had the same issue. I dont think I had shadowplay running but i disabled geforce experience and still have the same issue.

try to uninstall geforce experience plz

I tried that and wow won't open after I change it to dx9 only works on dx11

are you getting an error when trying to run wow in dx9,its not normal the fact you cant run in dx9

So I switched it to dx9 and if i try to load wow without HB it loads fine but when HB launcher tries to open wow it says that world of warcraft was unable to open 3d acceleration.

Ok a few things I did. I turned off smart screen for windows 10. I switched back to dx11 because on dx9 it would crash if I tried to go windowed mode. So switching back to dx11 allowed me to go windowed mode and the bot works again so far. Thanks for the helping me out.
