HB closed after getting started

Hey

cannot get HB started. repaired WoW with bnet launcher und reloaded the complete HB Zip / Installer. still no success

see attached log. thanks in advance for your help.

use dx9 instead

also make sure wow is in windowed mode

Cannot use dx9, as the installer mentioned in your guide cannot be executed on win10 =/

i am talking about your wow client,switch it to dx9

I know, but when I switched to dx9 and restartet the client, wow "crashed" and mentioned s/t about "..no dx9 available/installed"

Dx9 installed through a different installer, was able to start WoW with DX9, but I still get the same Error (see log attached).
Game is running in windowed display mode

any of the programs listed here BosslandGmbH:HelpDeskrograms that Interfere with BosslandGmbH Products - The Buddy Wiki installed?

thanks for your patience and support.
I triple checked the list and also went to through all the programs installed (deinstalled quite a few), in my opinion there should be no interfering software running.
also disabled my AV while testing (exceptions for the HB folder are in place).

I still get the same error message (dx9 and windowed)
(had to reinstall dx9 as WoW thought there's no dx9c...)

Problem solved: It's not enough to start HB Launcher, WoW and HB Client with admin rights. The active windows user / account must have admin rights as well (it's not enough to permit any actions which requires admin rights)
