HB causing wow crashes.

I've spent a couple hours on this and here's what I've tried so far;

Fresh install of HB running as admin, 32 bit windowed WOW also running as admin.
Up to date redist. package and .net framework.
Removed geforce experience and razer synapse.
No anti-virus running / firewall disabled.

Wow doesn't crash without HB running, HB will either run for 1-2 min before crashing WOW or crash immediately, it's a memory error as well (132).
