To be honest, your resource management team and or one person you may have monitoring your authentication servers either doesn't exist or spends their time chugging back donuts on a slightly declined armchair whilst sleeping.
Your programming is pretty solid, your systems management is that piss poor I find myself more often than not being able to use your service for no other reason then a shit attempt of authenticating a connection to a service I have already paid for and installed.
