HB Authentication failed...

Okay so today i started to run my HB to farm herbs on my priest and i am getting this authentication failed error..

No active sessions:

Haven't been able to log in since 12:00 pm GMT.

Worked fine all morning, logged off for half an hour and then couldn't log back in. BuddyAuth says no sessions in progress & right key. I tried re-installing HB as well - no joy.

Honorbuddy v2.5.6232.437 started.

Authentication failed!

Logging in...
Authentication failed!

Any ideas please?
 
Had the same problem I redownloaded en its works I logout it doesnt work and install again and it work so now I dont logout :)

I think there is some sort of a problem with auth
 
I'm still not. Downloaded HB again but still can't log in - "Authentication Failed".

Any help would be appreciated
 
I have 2 wow account's 1 is logged in I start seccond account en start same HB do not change password and get auth failure so no it is not ok yet !
 
I'm having the same issue, auth fails. I double checked the key and its correct.
 
So do i. I have doubble checked the key and downloaded hornorbuddy again.
 
Will there be any answers from the staff in this thread, or can you give a link to the right thread?
 
It works fine for me. Has been for 4 days.

I would recommend checking your system tray to see if you have a running HB client open that is not doing anything.

This would potentially cause:

Max Sessions
Authentication failed!
 
i have the same poroblem sience yesterday...
update ... firewall ... antivir everything checke'd but hb didnt work..
yesterday morning was fine but then in then i stop hb after 3 hours start it again and Authentification failed error
reinstall'd allready ut same results...
need rly a help man
 
Re-downloaded the latest HB, advice given off Tony via email, and read through the guide given but still no luck. Like I mentioned before, it worked fine, I logged off then it won't let me log back on.

*Re-downloaded HB
*BuddyAuth says no active sessions
*Correct key

Anything else to check?

BTW, when I've re-downloaded HB, my anti-virus keeps detecting "infostealer.Gampass"? Anything to worry about? It never detected anything before in the bot downloads.
 
Scratch that. Redownloaded newest test re-copied my code. Working now.

I am getting quite frustrated about this, its like the attitude in here is that we should be gratefull about this bot, but it is still a service we have payed for. Why dont we get any answers from the staff, are they not interested in giving a good service? Honorbuddy is the best wow bot to date, but if there comes a new bot who is also satasfying i wont have any regret swiching to that one due to this lag of communication from the staff.
 
Stiff01, you're having an issue on your end. My stuff works perfectly fine.

If you can log into buddyauth, then our side is good to go. You're having an issue with your firewall / anti virus, or your ports are blocked
