HB auth code not working. HELP NEW GUY

So i finally broke down and purchased the bot today. Well i followed the directions and even looked up a youtube vid on how to setup hb. Looks like the code I received is invalid. I purchased HB through the website and was sent a code via my email. Did all the signup stuff and still won't work. Can you please help out.

Bump. Becoming increasingly frustrated.. Could you guys not make this a little more simple with some basic instructions? Seems like a real mess you have going on here. I'm close to just calling up the cc company tomorrow and reversing charges. Kinda a waste of $$ at this point.

If your this stressed already TBH dont start using the bot. Wont get less stressed

not sure if you have tried this buy after you link your shop account, use the key that was sent to you for the username with no password for the initial login to the bot
