HB attaches to client then never shows up?

Re installed HB after many months not playing started from the launcher it does it thing I log in to HB then it shows up then drops away and closes out?
I have the battle.net app on my computer and running it as a 32 bit client?

Any help would be awesome!

make sure you are running both bot and game as admin

also check if you have any of the programs listed here Help Desk - Page 3 installed
