I've looked into some of your logs.
Some of them are for chars that appear to be doing TBC quests in Outlands. For the ones that do appear to be doing dailies, you are missing QBs for.
Make sure you copy ALL Quest Behaviors from my SVN into your folder. They are ALL required.

Isle of Thunder PvP, which I discovered is the one you are attempting after trying to piece together your story (please be more specific next time) is an incomplete profile.
It is undertested, so tends to have errors as such. However I found the loop issue you were having. But I don't know if that was truly the issue you THOUGHT you were having, as all I had to go on was "the quest" and "the ship" and "sits there". Please be more descriptive next time.
 
Sorry, I assumed you recalled talking to me about 3 and 5 posts back where I mentioned the quest and you requested logs. As luck would have it, looks like my post turned a new page so backtracking unless done manually wouldn't have made it any easier. Either way thank you for being so polite, you shoulda just said in the first thread that the pvp profile had problems lol.

I didn't leave anything from your SVN, perhaps there was an issue during downloading, I will redownload and see what happens next time.

While we are here, the Nat Pagle reputation profile moves to the proper fishing area, casts.. But the timer just runs out and it recasts. This continues perpetually until intervention. Has anyone mentioned this sort of issue before? Need logs again?

Btw - the reason you got outlands information ( I think) is I am running two hb's at once, albeit on different characters, but under the same battlenet. As far as I can tell they don't differentiate and I didn't even think or realize this until you posted what you did. That was my fault.

HB fishing is not working at this time. This covers anything involving casting and clicking a bobber.
 
doing the Battlefield: Barrens gets stuck everywhere, runs into fences, runs into buildings, has no proper paths

Where are these NPCs?
What is it you are getting stuck on? What are the coordinates of the object? Can you provide a screenshot of the objects?
I will forward this info along to the Mesh support page.

I have a fresh Install and Quest Behaviours should also be working, but something is wrong with ProfileChanger
Here is my Log, i hope you can help me. I have also a fresh downloaded Version of your Profiles and selected the DaylieGrind.xml

Now i feel retarded. I swear I pressed Save Settings, but something must have gone wrong. After hitting the Button as hard as I can it seems to work. THX :D

Is it possible that the Plugin Profile Changer does not work with HBRelog?
HBRelog says Starting Honorbuddy and then closes HB and opens it again. (Bot is already working when HBRelog closes it)

And I have to press "Save Settings" in the Plugin every time I start the Bot to get it to work.

Since you need to click save on ProfileChanger as it opens (See Post #1, Step 7 of the Dailies Forum), then when HBRelog opens HB, you would need to do so, thus making the 2 incompatible at this time.
 
So this is regarding the post you have up that "quicksmage" posted about making it easier with the fresh DL etc. I made a completely new folder with a fresh HB in it. I copied the plugins into the plugins, and quest behaviors in their respected folders. I set up the CC for the one toon that I will be botting dailies on, and set it to questing bot base. So the key is to run it from my original HB folder and just keep re-creating the fresh folder after each time I run the dailies? Do I have to start off with a fresh HB install with my "old" HB folder?

Just make sure you delete your cache folder each day.
 
I want to say thank you for all your hard work, noticed a glitch with the quest fishing for a bruising. One of the riverblade raiders is on top of a hut and just evades all attacks, so the bot sits there and trys to attack him forever.

These spots are blackspotted but it is up to your CC to identify the evasion.

I was using the singular or w/e comes with HB i tried http://www.thebuddyforum.com/honorbuddy-forum/combat-routines/all-one/115706-purerotation-v2.html and it seems to suck for use with questing. After a little digging i found out that pure roation is not for questing so i am trying king-wow now. I am still very new to using HB at its fullest ( not just for farming Herbs). Do recommend a CC for daily grinding?

P.S. I am a pally MS tank OS ret
