Ah, ok, then I understand... Makes sense then... I think Brodie is using a lot of code from BarryDurex and Katserle for the spellavoidance stuff, have ju looked at the cs script spellavoidance.cs?

But I have the same problem when questing - so I use singular for quests.
May be I should check some checkbox, but don't know which one..

I have installed the plugin in the plugin folder, but when I for example start the plugin at ToT dailies and I have of couse chosen ToT dailies in the plugin I just get this:

eh...

timeless isle, the "chest" one just goes to the monkey and tries to buy keys even though you dont have enough coins for buying keys... shouldnt it go like "aha no more coinslets go out and grind?"

and the grinding script stands still for ages and looks at a box without even opening it... woah, this script is strange!

it stands still soooo much, like like 10 seconds after doing something, killing/opening or whatever... pretty obvious botting... or am i doing smth wrong?
 
HB keeps crashing after a Direhorn knocks me back w/ charge. Playing a BM Hunter, ilvl 580. :S

I've been away for about a year and came back to find your amazing new plugin system. I'm blown away. This is unbelievable. I've run several different profiles and they're all top notch as always.

I did run into a bug today that I'm hoping will help.

When I run your "Timeless Isle Coin Farming (w/ item turn in support)" profile it will keep interacting with Kairoz trying to pickup The Last Emporer, even though my character has already completed it.

This happened a few times on a two-day old HB install. Here's the relevant log section:

Next I tried a fresh HB install (using the installer) with your plugin and got the dreaded "Honorbuddy has encountered a problem. We are sorry for the inconvenience" error. I checked "Ignore this error and attempt to continue" but nothing happened. When i restarted your plugin/profile I got the same HB error. This also happened with two additional fresh HB installs. Here are the logs:

I'm going to revert to my two-day old install because at least I can run your plugin with it. So my questions are:

  1. Any idea how to fix The Last Emporer bug?
  2. What steps should I take to get a fresh HB install working with your plugin?

You have errors in your Quest Behaviors folder. Recommend a clean install of HB in order to fix that, then reinstall the plugin. The errors listed in this log are NOT caused by this plugin FYI.

The chest one is specifically for opening the chests next to the monkey...no it will not go out and grind after. That's what the grinding profile is for.
"The grinding script stands still for ages" Ok...why? Log files do a great job at describing pauses.
"It stands still soooo much, like like 10 seconds after doing something" There is a 40-45 second pause after opening a chest, because WoW does not return a "this chest is done" message for at least that time. If you have pauses after killing, that is a CR issue, or HB issue, as profiles don't really control combat behavior.

"Pretty Obvious botting" If you know even a few things about botting, you can spot one out of a crowd pretty quickly every time. To say a profile makes you look like its botting is almost like saying "me chewing makes it look like there could be food in my mouth".

Please include a log file with all reports.

Also, since by "crash" you probably mean WoW client is locking up until HB is closed, please make sure Framelock is NOT on. This plugin is NOT framelock compatible.

If it's having trouble identifying what quests you have already completed, take a look at page one, in the "Known Issues" section and follow the instructions on Cache Corruption. That fixes MOST quest related issues. Especially ones where "i already did it, but it doesn't know that"

Unfortunately with the second issue, there is no error info in your logs, so unfortunately this is something that is happening before HB can log it. Sorry I don't think i can be much help on that one. :-/
 
got a question, if I mark more than one rep, as example, shado pan and klaxxi would he do both fraction? or can I just do 1 rep?
 
suggest for mage: use teleport instead of hearthstone.. my mage hearthstone is not in two moons for example.

If you are hearthing, then something is wrong. The hearthstone is to facilitate the movement between profiles. The plugin searches for this spellcast, and uses it as a trigger. Once the cast is detected, the cast is cancelled. If the cast is not cancelled, then the profile or plugin is not operating as intended.

EDIT: If the last rep you select to do is not the last on the list, it will still attempt to hearth/astral recall.
