honest answer: it's hella buggy since there's a mayor dismount issue been going on for weeks now. also, lots of other little bugs which would be too much to list. and it's not working at all since yesterday, HB just closes completely when trying to use compendium.

This major dismount issue is an easy fix, however every person who reports it gives no log, no quest info, and no follow up when asked to. Rather than pore through every line of code and find every glitch, then test every new segment, then republish, I've chalked it up to "if you don't think its worth the time to submit a full report, then it must not be that big an issue."
Same goes for little bugs: 100% of unreported issues go unreported.

The third only occurs if there is an issue with your use of HB. if your install of HB is legit, you should have no issues. Same goes for free version in this instance.

There is no "download" that it is trying to do. The holdup is that a file on your end, either antivirus, firewall, or p r o x y settings, is not allowing the remote connection from occurring. Until the plugin is allowed to make the connection, it will continue to fail.

The premium and free share a lot of the same files. There are bugs but most of which are in the leveling section and are being dealt with as I rerun and when people provide proper bug reports. Additions to premium are listed on page 1 on the supported list in purple. Many have purchased only to rave and thank, and beg for additions to content.

The issue that shelaine mentioned will only occur if you're doing something you shouldn't be with the plugin. The free version will do the same. If the free runs for you, then the premium will too.

There is a free trial version of the premium copy on the HB store if you want to try it out.

Head here and install this update/certificate to windows. Should be included in windows update packs post 2012.

I didn't anything special with certificat i just cliked "Insatll > Next > Next > Finish", deleted old hb folder, did a clean install again and tried to lunch ... still the same messages in my logs.
(Firewall and antivirus still inactive)
I just checked Win7 updates all important are done, i lunched optionals.

I delete them just after an pc reboot, sorry.

I think the problem is fixed, like i said i made ALL win updates, i also mannualy installed vcredist 64 and 32, after reboot i made a clean install and now it works, firewall and antivirus still disable, i don't know which one resolved my problem but now it works

Yes but I asked you to submit a log. This is a snippet of the log, but at least I can tell you are using an outdated version. Please update through the HB store.
