Brodie, congratulations on the plugin. That was an awesome idea and very well implemented.

Now for my issue, its a simple thing, really. The questing profiles are not being downloaded. I'm trying to level a char from 85-90 and the profiles are not there. The grinding profiles were downloaded fine, but for questing, only the Vanilla and Northend folders are there, and even then, they are not complete. I did not deemed necessary to post the logs, but I can if you really need it. I was just wondering if you have any idea why that happens or even if it is by design.

They aren't there because they don't exist yet. See my "Leveling" forum page (link on post 1) to see supported areas.
 
Just wondering, i can't seem to find the info, or I must have overlooked. What does the "Animus"-thingy in your addon do?

Slowly expanding Loremaster control. See post 3 for status on what areas are supported at this time.
 
durn the battlefield:barrens weekly. seems to accidentally gather up so many mobs to the point were there is no way anyone could survive. manly in the area to get oil with the tank things. checked up on it at one point and it had 3 of them attacking me along with 5-8 mobs.

To save updating it later I just marked it as 1-90. Full details on available levels/areas are available on my Leveling forum page.

Dino bones profile isn't in the plugin (yet) as far as I remember...if it is check questing or grinding. Otherwise the profile is under Default Profiles\TBMC\Grinding.
 
Just installed this today, already using with very minimal hassle. Works great so far. TY for all your work. Will donate in near future to help u continue your work on your future projects.
 
Refuses to work

The plugin refuses to update (or it's already up-to-date, not sure, first time using it)
When I click the Settings button and the start button within the plugin setup, i get an error, yet i can still continue afterwards, just letting you know. (not sure if this is normal either)
And then there is that my char does NOTHING when I start the bot, the entire log is spammed that he's loading the same profile over and over again, but nothing happens.

You installed the plugin to the wrong folder: Make sure its Plugins\BrodiesPlugin\*FILES HERE*, not Plugins\BrodiesPlugin\BrodiesPlugin\*FILES HERE* or Plugins\ANY NAME\ANY OTHER FOLDERS\*FILES HERE*
 
Ah, thanks a lot. I just made a map, put the .zip there and extracted it thinking it would be fine. Ty a lot anyway!
 
One problem I'm having with this plugin is it's pulling way to many mobs and dying constantly. It's brilliant and does most quests to perfection but others it seems to not regonnise that there are 5 - 7 mobs and trys to take them all on. I am a 503 ret pally pulling high DPS and it's becoming an issue with it dying multiple times during the daily's is getting costly. Any tips?

First, the plugin has absolutely no control over the bot in terms of pulling, casting, number of mobs, or such. The profiles control where it goes. If the bot is not stopping when entering combat and continues running around pulling more and more, my first thought is "CR related". Supply a log file, and a description of what quest it's doing when it does this (no, "all the time" is not a good answer, because that means its not profile related at all).

Yeah I understand all the time isn't a sufficient answer. I'm not at home at the moment and just thought about it. I'll collect a log file and the act quests it's doing. It may well be the CC, I will try switching that as well. Cheers.
 
hi there, most excelent piece of work, i am useing the dailys grind and its working flawlessly (if i remember to delete my cache folder :) )
just had a quick question though

will you be implementing any of the other faction daily grinds in the future ie. for cata and wotlk etc for the reps that have been missed for mounts, pets etc

Maybe.
I'm not going to say no, but I'm also not going to say yes at this time. Between my leveling set, and Loremaster (The Animus), I have my hands full, not to mention 5.4 is going to break Golden Lotus until I completely redo all the quests. There are profiles out there to do SOME of those old reps, if you choose to use.
