Have had some difficulties getting the forum to accept an upload, but is a quick release with several fixes needed.

Still receiving too many bug/question posts regarding behavior users watched that don't contain a complete log file and point of reference to when a single event happened. So, no multi-color bright lights this time. Just a simple request to provide the detail.
Don't forget to
use the recently added LOGMARK! button. This button provides the same behavior as the LOGMARK plugin.
Having a problem while running Singular that you want to report? Click the LOGMARK button immediately when you notice. A line will be added to the log file at that time and now you have a very accurate way to let me know when the problem occurred.
Ok, now that's out of the way:
- Download the latest version of Singular.ZIP from Post #1 in this thread
- .ZIP in Singular thread will always be the current version
- HonorBuddy will contain an older version until a new release of HB posts
This is release to address a number of the movement issues occurring during combat. Additionally a number of enhancements/fixes requested. Remember the complete change history can always be viewed in the .ZIP downloaded.
Any post must include a debug log file (a file created with Debug Logging set to true.) To do this, click Class Config and set the Debug Logging option to 'true' then run until you create the issue again. The resulting log file will contain more info than a standard log file which will be essential in understanding the decisions being made by Singular which you weren't expecting.
As always, the prior version is still available for download. If you encounter a problem due to the new release of Singular you can always downgrade as needed.

change- renamed internally used TreeHook names to prefix with 'Singular.' This will affect Singular customizations which were referencing hooks by name.
change- Stoneform racial now cast when fighting 3+ mobs or mob with double max health is attacking you in addition to previous behavior of casting when bleeds detected

change- Frozen Orb in Normal Context now only cast if it won't agro neutral mobs in area not already in combat
change- Lowbie spell priority revised to use Fire Blast on cooldown rather than as finisher
change- additional check in Frost Nova cast for Lowbie's to avoid wasting

fixed - Holy - revision to heal target selection
fixed - Shadow - Halo check for mobs not in combat corrected

*new* - All Specs - pre- and post- pick pocket wait time setting to provide customization for users encountering latency issues relative to the use of pick pocket. the pre-pick pocket delay helps with ensuring the Rogue is a full stop. The post-pick pocket delay gives allows additional time for the Auto Loot to occur before casting attacks on the enemy (which has been reported as needed in cases where mobs are one shot.) These values should be left at their default settings unless you encounter a problem with this feature.
*new* - All specs - option to allow Pick Pocket cast in combat (if Stealth still active and current target not pick pocketed yet.) Default is false.
change- All Specs - after casting pick pocket, the mob will temporarily be blacklisted (as a node, not for combat) to prevent subsequent casts
change- All Specs - now detects pick pocket errors and will temporarily blacklist mob from further pick pocket attempts
fixed - All Specs - exception occurring for some rogue users when searching for locked boxes
*new* - All Specs - support for Cloak and Dagger. will now cast Ambush, Garrrote, or Cheap Shot at range
*new* - All Specs - support for Shuriken Toss talent
change- All Specs - casting Recuperate with unused combo points on corpse sometimes failed even though available points exist. limited to trying once every 3 seconds at most to reduce cast spam
change- All Specs - when Pulling will use Sprint or ranged abilities if gap closer not available and mob is moving away and faster than character

*new* - Fury - support for Die by the Sword, Demoralizing Banner, Skull Banner, Avatar, Bloodbath, Storm Bolt, and Rallying Cry when Solo or Battlegrounds
change- Fury - addition of diagnostic logging of character status when Debug enabled
fixed - Fury - previously did not include support for Charge while in combat. will now use closing abilities when switching to another target even while in combat
*new* - Arms - support for Enraged Regeneration below 60% health.
Worth mentioning one more time due to the large number of posts without log files that are received, but
you must attach a complete debug log with any post. Please see the link at the top of this post for details.
